My house is located in a quiet area of Tean, away from main roads, with the front overlooking a river and countryside, with ducks by the river. It is 6.6m from Alton Towers, 1.1m from Heath House, and close to JCB and The Potteries.
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining area, reading room, garden and front balcony.
3 private parking spaces to the rear of the property, and visitor car park also on site (all free).
Bedroom 1 is on the first floor, and has a double bed, cupboard with hanging space and shelf, and en-suite bathroom with a powerful double shower.
Cost is: Sunday to Friday - £36 per night. Friday to Sunday £40 per night. There is a cleaning charge of £12 at the end of the stay.
Bedroom 2 has a zip link bed, which can be made into 2 twin beds or a super king size bed. There is under bed suitcase storage, and a cupboard with hanging space and shelf. This room has a TV with Freeview and also Chrome Cast. It has drink making facilities with tea and coffee. The en-suite has a powerful single shower and amazing views over a river and fields.
Cost is: Sunday to Friday - £40 per night. Friday to Sunday £44 per night. There is a cleaning charge of £14 at the end of the stay.
